Sign Painting
Ain’t No Mountain High Enough
During the spring term of 2020, we had a week dedicated to learning certain skills to help is in our prop making career. The key skill we learnt during this week was sign painting. Using traditional methods, we were tasked to recreate a vintage sign to the highest resolution we could. This “White Mountain” sign was produced in only a day after a couple days of learning. For a first time attempt I am happy with it and its definitely a skill I would want to practice in my own time for any future projects which require that last touch of personalistion.
